Go see it… unless you get motion sick easy… then don’t go see it… but if you don’t get motion sick easy… go see it.  This is the kinda movie I’ve been waiting for.  I’ll spare you and spoilers here, but lets just say… I was wrong about it being a lion.  They totally threw that into the commercial to fool folks like me.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

This is my first foray into the Call of Duty (COD) series. The first 3 having been WWII shooters coming out at a time when I was just fed up with all the WWII shooters. I picked this up on I believe last Thursday, maybe Wednesday after work. And I have to say, it’s possibly the best game I’ve ever played.

As with any game with an online component, I always play through the campaign to start. I want to know the story and spend some time getting used to how to play. The campaign in COD4 is nothing short of breath taking. It’s simply the most engrossing video game experience I’ve ever had. The game never breaks out of character, you are always looking through the eyes of the characters you play, never a cut scene that rips you out, straight up just you.

Ups and downs of Best Buy

So I’ve got’s me one of the first gen 30gb Zunes, and honestly, I love the thing.  I’ve never been a fan of the ipod, hate the click wheel and the tool factor that comes with owning one.  So I bought my Zune back in Dec of 2006, got the 2 year warranty because honestly, those things always work out in my favor.  So I’m on my second Zune, honestly, it’s my second one because the headphones that came with it broke, so I just did a return and got a whole new one, with new headphones

So the other day I’m walking, listening to some music, then suddenly no music.  I take my Zune out of my pocket and it’s going through the boot up screen.  That’s odd, it rebooted.  Few minutes later, did it again.  Hmmm, and then proceeded to do it over and over every few minutes for the rest of the day, not happy.

So it’s New Years day, I’m enjoying a mild hang over and playing some really poor quality Halo on Live thanks to Live still being fuct up. I took a break and saw a commercial for Domino’s and figured I’d just let them bring me some food.
